Children who do karate can:
- Become more confident
- Be more focused at school
- Increase their self-esteem
- Learn to be self-disciplined
As your child approaches and starts secondary school, there are so many added pressures. SATS, more homework, more choices to make and the continuing need to concentrate and focus.
Abel Karate can help your child with these pressures and aid his or her overall well-being and general fitness.
Our Karate syllabus can help improve focus and attention, improve memory and produce better number recall. On a wellbeing level, a strong basis in Karate and our character development programme can help with stress and anxiety; your child can learn to control aggression and increase their self-esteem.
Another important aspect of Karate is the confidence that can arise from a knowledge of self-defence techniques, so important in this modern world.
Our range of workshops also mean that students can concentrate and expand on areas of karate that they particularly enjoy.
For confidence and focus, join Abel Karate classes today.
