WE WANT TO INSPIRE A GENERATION
Founded in 2011, The Be Inspired Project is an innovative and exciting programme, which aims to promote awareness through action that children and young people with disabilities thrive in sports.
Abel Karate passionately believes that with the right support and specialist teaching methods, every child can reach their true potential.

The project also holds weekly sessions across the county and encourages members to attend regularly to support long-term development of coordination, strength and focus.
