ABEL KARATE would just like to say a big congratulations to everyone who competed today in their first ever kata competition. Sensei Paul and the Abel Karate team are very proud of everyone who took part, whether you won a medal or not, for having the courage to step out on to the mats and giving it your best!!
13 students competed today and we achieved 10 medals and 13 more confident students.
