Abel karate is a club with a difference.
Karate is a great positive step to take for many children and adults who start their journey in karate and provides them with a stable foundation and new found confidence.
Our club offers the opportunity to begin, or continue in their karate training. Various aspects of karate will be covered including the syllabus towards belt promotion, along with self-defense and competition skills.
Our members have access to training sessions every week, as well as courses and regular opportunities to attend and compete in local, national and international competitions.

Both my daughters have been going to Able Karate for the past four months and I have seen a massive growth in their confidence and coordination, the classes are fun, and Paul does an excellent job in keeping the kids engaged in the activities.

The Be Inspired Little Ninjas class is wonderful, a really accepting and inclusive class for children of all abilities. It makes both my children very happy and they find it easy to join in which isn’t the case with most groups that we have tried. Thank you.
